Empowering Women Leaders to Make A Difference in Life, Work and World
Aspire has been developing the leaders and role models of the future for the past 16 years and we were the first pioneering company in the UK to specifically focus on coaching and leadership development for women leaders.
We address the lack of representation of women in business, government and community and the need to work at a structural and individual level to facilitate the full expression of potential, talent and diversity needed for the future world of work.
We empower women leaders through 1 to 1 coaching, online events and ‘M.A.D’ (making a difference) conferences around the world that are expertly tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of women - not to mention the incredible support, inspiration and positive challenge that comes from being in a like minded global network of women and men who are advocates for the advancement of women.
Founded by Dr Sam Collins (named 'One of the Top 200 Women to Impact Business and Industry' by Her Majesty the Queen, and one of the Top Ten Coaches by The Independent), we have been featured on The BBC, CNN, Huffington Post, The Guardian and Financial Times.
Giving something back is a fundamental part of our business model. The Aspire Foundation has the goal to make a difference to 1 billion women and girls by 2020.

"Coordinator, Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists It’s past 8.17pm, on Friday 19th June 2015, and my mind is racing with all the information I have taken in over the last 2 and a bit days. The conversations with people who have touched, moved and inspired me and I them.I can’t sleep like an overstimulated child on sugar, but the sugar in this case is openness, love, opportunities, ideas of change and vision. Wow, thank you so much, Sam and all of you, for the opportunity to engage with the power, compassion and hope that can be humanity. "
